What is a home inspection?

A house inspection is a type of buyer protection. It is a formal survey of a house's structural and mechanical systems, performed before the sale of the house. These include the Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing and the Interior. Our goal is to identify and report fairly on the condition of the house indicating any existing major problems that would affect a typical purchaser's buying decision. Ultimately, it is your decision as to whether or not you buy the house.

Our inspectors are graduate students from Seneca College Home Inspection Program.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.

If a cancellation within 24 hrs of your confirmed appointment occurs, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
